How is the robot deployed?
- Demo and visit.
You see the robot in action, then Botifull comes to your reception area: where visitors arrive, where they go, where the charging station can stand. The quote follows the visit.
- Mapping.
The Agibot X2 Ultra walks through your premises with its 3D lidar and builds its map, across several floors when it can take the lift. Botifull records the destinations you choose: meeting rooms, desks, offices, a restaurant, a room.
- Set-up.
Botifull loads what the robot needs to know about you: your services, your opening hours, your practical details. It connects the robot to your systems, such as your CRM, your directory, your visitor management system or your hotel software, so the robot answers with your data.
- Installation.
The charging station takes its place near the reception, the robot joins it, and Botifull's team walks your staff through what the robot does and how it hands visitors over to them.
- Supervision and updates.
After the launch, Botifull supervises the robot remotely and keeps its software up to date. New functions reach your robot as Botifull releases them, with nothing to do on your side.
What is included?
Everything the robot needs to work at your reception comes with the monthly rental: the Agibot X2 Ultra itself, Botifull's software, the charging station, the installation and the connections to your systems, the maintenance of the robot and its parts, and the remote supervision and updates after launch. You do not buy the robot, and you do not manage it: when it needs a charge, it goes to its station on its own, between peaks of activity.
What is the design partner programme?
The design partner programme is for organisations that want a robot built around their own reception. Botifull and your team draw up together a list of use cases specific to your industry and tailored to your site, and the programme ends with a test period of the robot on your premises. How much does it cost?
Botifull is rented by the month, all inclusive, with a minimum commitment. There is no purchase and no separate line for the software, the station, the installation or the maintenance. Botifull does not publish its prices: each site receives a quote after the demo and the visit. Contact
