Conversation in 20 languages
Botifull detects each visitor's language on its own and answers aloud in it, in under 2 seconds. If the visitor switches language, even mid-conversation, the robot switches too.
Conversation memory
Botifull keeps the thread of the exchange: a visitor gives their name or their request once, and the robot builds on it.
Eye contact
The X2 Ultra follows the person in front of it with its gaze, turning its head as they move, without facial recognition by default.
Expressions and gestures
The X2 Ultra's expression screen reacts to the conversation, and its arms, with 7 degrees of freedom each, gesture as it speaks.
Autonomous navigation
The X2 Ultra moves around your premises on its own, at a visitor's walking pace, and from floor to floor when it can take the lift.

How long does the Agibot X2 Ultra run on a charge?
The Agibot X2 Ultra runs for about 2 h on a charge and recharges in about 1.5 h on Botifull's robotic charging station, included in the rental. During quieter moments, it charges while still greeting visitors, and leaves the station whenever someone needs to be escorted, even before a full charge. That is how it covers reception 24/7, with no one needed to plug it in.

Can the Agibot X2 Ultra take the lift or the stairs?
The Agibot X2 Ultra takes the lift, depending on the lift model. It can then escort visitors from one floor to another, and its map covers several floors. Stair climbing is coming soon.
Does the robot need Wi-Fi?
Not necessarily. The Agibot X2 Ultra can use your site's Wi-Fi or its own built-in 4G/5G connection.
How does the robot find its way?
During installation, Botifull maps your premises with the X2 Ultra's 3D lidar, across several floors if there is a lift, and records the destinations you choose. The robot then uses this map to move on its own.
What happens when the robot cannot answer?
When the Agibot X2 Ultra cannot answer a visitor's question, Botifull hands the visitor over to a human colleague.
Is the robot certified?
