What is Botifull?

What does Botifull do?

Botifull builds the intelligence that turns a humanoid robot into a receptionist. The robot itself is the Agibot X2 Ultra, made by Agibot. Botifull's software gives it the conversation, the memory, the expressions, the navigation and the connections to your systems that a front desk needs. Botifull is based in Paris. See the robot

What is the difference between Botifull and Agibot?

Agibot designs and manufactures the X2 Ultra. Botifull makes it useful at a reception desk: the software, the charging station, the installation and the integrations. Botifull rents the whole as one monthly service, so you deal with a single company for the robot and for what it does. How it works

Does the robot replace our receptionist?

No. Botifull's robot takes the repetitive part of reception: greeting, everyday questions and walking people to where they are going. Your team keeps the requests that need judgement, and the robot hands a visitor over to a colleague whenever it cannot help. In practice, it keeps the welcome going when the desk is busy or empty. Offices and headquarters

Where can we see the robot in action?

You can book a demo through the contact page, and the robot page shows a live spoken conversation on video. Botifull has also presented the robot in public, on stage at VivaTech 2026 in Paris and at ESC Congress 2026 in Munich. See the robot

Which places is the robot made for?

Botifull's robot is made for reception areas with a steady flow of people: offices and headquarters, hotels, airports, shops, events and trade shows, and healthcare. Offices and hotels have their own pages; the others are coming. Hotels

Where does Botifull deploy its robots?

Anywhere in the world. Botifull is based in Paris and installs the robot on site, wherever your reception is. Contact

Who is behind Botifull?

Botifull was co-founded in Paris by Jean-David Benichou, chairman of Botifull and founder of Via.io, and Maxime Le Berre, CEO, who leads the company. Team

The robot

Which robot does Botifull use?

Botifull runs on the Agibot X2 Ultra, a humanoid robot built by Agibot. It is an articulated biped of 1.31 m with an expression screen in place of a face. It walks rather than rolls, which lets it take a lift and move through a building. Robot specifications

How big is the robot?

The Agibot X2 Ultra measures 131 × 46 × 21 cm and weighs about 39 kg. It has 30 degrees of freedom, including 7 per arm, which is what lets it gesture, turn its head and walk. At 46 cm wide, it fits through a standard door. Robot specifications

Does the robot walk?

Yes. The Agibot X2 Ultra walks on two legs, at up to 2.9 km/h in everyday use. It walks with the people it escorts and takes the lift, depending on the lift model. Stair climbing is coming soon. What the robot does

How does the robot show expressions?

The Agibot X2 Ultra has an expression screen where a face would be, and Botifull drives it along with the robot's gestures. The robot looks at the person it is talking to and follows them with its gaze. It does this without facial recognition, which is off by default. Security and compliance

How long does the battery last?

A full charge gives the Agibot X2 Ultra about 2 h of activity, and a recharge takes about 1.5 h. Nobody needs to plug it in: between peaks of activity, the robot walks to its charging station on its own, and it keeps greeting people while it charges. This is how it covers a reception 24/7. Languages and conversation

Which languages does the robot speak?

The robot speaks 20 languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Greek, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Vietnamese. It detects the visitor's language from their first words and switches if they change language in the middle of the conversation. No menu, no button: the visitor just talks. Robot specifications

How quickly does the robot answer?

The robot answers in under 2 seconds, which keeps the exchange at the pace of a normal conversation. It also remembers what has been said, so a visitor who asks a follow-up question does not have to repeat their request. What the robot does

What does the robot know about our company?

What you tell it, and what your systems hold. Botifull loads your own information during installation: your services, your opening hours, your practical details. Connected to your CRM, your directory, your visitor management system or your hotel software, the robot answers with your data rather than a generic script. How it works

What happens when the robot cannot answer?

The robot says so and passes the visitor to a member of your team. Your staff keeps the requests that need a person, and the robot goes back to greeting the next arrival. Offices and headquarters

Installation and integration

What happens during installation?

Botifull's team comes on site, places the charging station, maps the premises with the robot, records the destinations you want it to escort people to, loads your information and connects the robot to your systems. The robot is then ready to greet visitors. How it works

Which systems can the robot connect to?

Botifull connects the robot to your CRM, your directory and your visitor management system. In hotels, it connects to the property management system to find a guest's booking from their name. Botifull sets up these connections during installation. How it works

Does the robot need Wi-Fi?

Not necessarily. The Agibot X2 Ultra works with Wi-Fi or built-in 4G/5G. Botifull checks the connection with you during installation. Robot specifications

What do we need to provide on site?

Very little: a spot for the charging station near the reception area, and the information you want the robot to give visitors. Botifull handles the rest, including the map, the destinations and the connections to your systems. How it works

Data and security

Is the robot CE marked?

Yes. The Agibot X2 Ultra carries CE marking, which indicates that it conforms to the EU legislation that applies to it. Security and compliance

Does the robot recognise faces?

No, not by default. The robot makes eye contact and follows people with its gaze, but facial recognition is not enabled. The robot's wake word is processed on the robot itself. Security and compliance

How does Botifull handle visitors' personal data?

Botifull is based in Paris and operates under the GDPR. The wake word is processed locally on the robot, and facial recognition is off by default. For any question about personal data, write to maxime@botifull.ai. Security and compliance

Where is our data hosted?

In the European Union. Botifull hosts the data it processes for you on servers located in the European Union. Security and compliance

Pricing and getting started

How much does a Botifull robot cost?

Botifull is priced on quote. The robot is rented by the month, all inclusive, with a minimum commitment. Botifull does not publish prices: each site receives a quote after a demo and a visit of its reception area. Contact

What is the minimum commitment?

Botifull rents the robot for a minimum of 12 months. The monthly rental covers everything listed below. Contact

How long does it take between the demo and the robot at our reception?

Count about 3 months between the demo and the launch at your reception: site visit, quote, mapping, set-up, installation. How it works

What is included in the rental?

The robot, Botifull's software, the charging station, the installation with the map of your premises and the connections to your systems, the maintenance of the robot and its parts, and the remote supervision and software updates after launch. You do not buy the robot. How it works

What is the design partner programme?

The design partner programme is for organisations that want a robot built around their own reception. Botifull and your team draw up together a list of use cases specific to your industry and tailored to your site, and the programme ends with a test period of the robot on your premises. It is open on application. Contact

How do we get started?

Write to Botifull with three things: where your reception is, who your visitors are and which languages they speak. We will tell you whether Botifull fits, show you the robot and send you a quote. Contact
