Personal data and privacy
Botifull collects as little personal data as possible on this site, and only to answer the people who write to it.
What we collect
The only personal data collected on botifull.ai is what you type into the contact form: your name, your professional email address, your company, your message and, if you choose to tell us, how you heard about Botifull. Browsing the site does not require any account and does not collect personal data.
Why we collect it
We use this data to answer your request, to organise a demo and, if you ask for it, to send you a quote. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and Botifull's legitimate interest in answering the people who contact it.
Who receives it
Your message is sent by email to Botifull's team and posted in Botifull's internal messaging tool, so that the right person can answer you quickly. It is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else. The tools that carry it (email, messaging, hosting) act on Botifull's instructions.
How long we keep it
Botifull keeps your request for three years after the last exchange with you, then deletes it. If you become a client, the data moves to the contract file and follows its own retention period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask Botifull to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to maxime@botifull.ai or to the postal address above. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Statistics and cookies
Botifull uses no audience measurement tool on this site and sets no cookie, neither for advertising nor for tracking. The demo video is embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookie until you press play.
