Greeting
The robot greets the visitor as they come in. Botifull detects which of its 20 languages the visitor speaks and switches if they change language mid-conversation.
Check-in
The robot asks the visitor's name and who they have come to see, finds their visit in your visitor management system and lets their host know they have arrived.
Questions
While the visitor waits, the robot answers their questions with your company's own information, in under 2 seconds.
Escort
The robot walks the visitor to the meeting room, desk or office set up as a destination. If the meeting is on another floor, it takes the lift, depending on the lift model.
Back to the station
The robot then returns to its charging station. Between peaks of activity, it charges there and keeps greeting visitors, ready for the next arrival.
Does the robot replace the receptionist?
No. Botifull's humanoid receptionist robot takes on the repetitive part of office reception: greeting visitors, answering common questions and walking them to their meeting. When the robot cannot answer, it hands the visitor over to a human colleague. Your reception team keeps the requests that need judgement, and the robot keeps greeting visitors when the team is busy.
Which office systems does the robot connect to?
Botifull connects the robot to your visitor management system, your directory and your CRM, so its answers match your company, not a generic script. These connections are set up when the robot is installed.

During installation, Botifull maps your premises with the robot's 3D lidar, records the destinations you choose, such as meeting rooms, desks and offices, and connects the robot to your systems. The robot's charging station is included in the rental. How it works
