Humanoid receptionist robot for hotels
Botifull's humanoid receptionist robot welcomes guests in the lobby in their language, answers their questions, finds their booking in your property management system and walks them anywhere in the hotel, up to their room. Botifull's intelligence runs on the Agibot X2 Ultra, a humanoid robot built by Agibot.

How does a guest's welcome work with the robot?
Greeting
The robot welcomes guests as they walk into the lobby and speaks to each one in their own language, detected automatically among 20, even if they switch mid-conversation.
Booking
The robot asks the guest's name and finds their booking in your property management system.
Questions
Guests can ask the robot about the hotel and its services, such as breakfast times or opening hours: it answers from your own information, in under 2 seconds.
Escort
The robot walks the guest wherever they need to go: the lifts, the restaurant, the bar, the meeting rooms, or up to their room. It takes the lift, depending on the lift model.
Back to the station
Once the guest is settled, the robot heads back to its charging station. It tops up its battery between peaks of activity and keeps welcoming new arrivals while it charges.
Does the robot replace the front desk team?
No. Botifull's humanoid receptionist robot handles the repetitive part of hotel reception: welcoming guests, answering everyday questions and walking them through the hotel. When the robot cannot answer, it passes the guest to a member of your team, who keeps the requests that need a person. During check-in and check-out peaks, the robot keeps greeting guests while your team is busy at the desk.
Which hotel systems does the robot connect to?
Botifull links the robot to your property management system and your CRM, so it talks about your hotel rather than reciting a generic script. Botifull sets up both connections during installation.
Property management system
The robot finds a guest's booking from the name they give.
CRM
Once a guest has given their name, the robot can draw on their history in your CRM, so returning guests do not have to explain everything again.
Hotel information
The robot answers from what you tell it about the hotel: its services, its opening hours and its practical details.
